CONNOR LAZAR
ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A Southern California native, Connor Lazar brings over a decade of experience in land development consulting to ECM Management. Before joining ECM, he spent 10.5 years at Developers Research, where he specialized in impact fee analysis, project database management, and plan take-offs, completing thousands of assessments across diverse project types.
Connor’s expertise extends beyond Southern California, having conducted impact fee studies nationwide for land developers and municipalities. His meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong client relationships have made him a trusted resource in the industry. Now, as Assistant Development Manager, Connor applies his analytical background to oversee all phases of development projects, ensuring seamless execution from site feasibility through construction completion.
Known for his adaptability and commitment to excellence, Connor is dedicated to delivering high-quality, cost-effective results while fostering strong partnerships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
JORDAN NISHI
ASSOCIATE
Jordan Nishi is a dynamic member at ECM Management, blending technical precision and creative innovation to drive operational excellence across projects. A California native and University of California, San Diego graduate, Jordan specializes in identifying incentives and regional programs that maximize client savings, while coordinating with consultants and vendors to secure cost-effective, strategic solutions.
His expertise extends to capturing sites’ potential through professional-grade drone photography and videography, ensuring that developments are showcased with clarity and impact. Adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights, Jordan also plays a pivotal role in orchestrating ECM’s industry events and amplifying project visibility across company platforms.
