Supplemental or Turnkey Services
We provide site feasibility research, site plan development, due diligence enforcement, entitlement process help, permitting expertise, construction management, build-to-suite representation and project closeout services.
Land Development
We develop project strategy; analyze projects for function, quality, cost and schedule; evaluate operational constraints. We oversee entitlement processes, land use approvals, zoning and other usage requirement. We also create a master schedule and oversee team selection.
Construction Management
Over the course of a project, we initiate pre-construction kick off processes; prepare and review GC contract and subcontracts; prepare detailed construction schedule and monitor progress with weekly onsite meeting and minutes—all while maintaining monthly budget reports and cost tracking.
