ECM's founder, Emily Mandrup, discovered the wonder of KidWorks when she was pregnant with her 1st son in 2007.

“On my drive to the center, it broke my heart knowing that children living less than 4 miles away in the same City would not have the same opportunities he would. I immediately started volunteering and now have the honor of serving on the Board.”

KidWorks has been a ray of sunshine in our community and making a REAL difference in our community. We serve youth and families through a licensed preschool, after-school programs, tutoring, mentoring, college and career readiness, and family services; all with a focus on leadership development.
